Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 1-2 weeks.

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders may not have tracking numbers due to provider options.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Delivery charges

What is Rural Delivery fee?
An estimated delivery charge will apply to customers ordering from rural areas. Prior to processing you order on checkout, an alert will appear that will advise customers to call MYTUFF4X4 to obtain an accurate cost of delivery. Please contact MYTUFF4X4 to see a list of Rural and Remote areas. Some areas may take longer due to the frequency of deliveries to the delivery Post code. Our system calculates this estimated price considering the total amount of time to process your order including: packaging, transit time to the delivery provider, and transit time to the delivery address.

When placing your order, we consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery prices :

  • Post code of the nominated delivery address.
  • Transit Time: The amount of time it takes your order to leave our distribution centre and arrive at the local delivery carrier.

What additional fees may apply?
There may be circumstances that require additional payment by you if the conditions mentioned have not been met or you require special services outside of our standard delivery.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Delivery Insurance

Goods that are shipped on behalf of the client by Mytuff4x4 are not insured unless the client notifies us prior to delivery and pays for delivery insurance. Mytuff4x4 is not responsible for goods damaged in transit if insurance is not paid for by the customer prior to delivery.

Elite is the everyday all-rounder in the EFS range. It is the kit we fit most often for owners who want their 4WD to ride well on the road through the week and still handle a corrugated track on the weekend.

What the Elite shocks give you

  • Twin tube body with a 35mm piston for controlled compression and rebound
  • 16mm hardened chrome rod for long service life and side-load strength
  • Nitrogen charged to stop the oil foaming when it gets hot
  • Long travel design so the wheels stay on the ground over rough ground
  • Valved for your specific vehicle and ride height

Getting your spring rates right

Pick your springs on what the vehicle carries all the time, not what you plan to fit later. A bull bar and a set of drawers that are bolted on count. A van you tow on holidays does not, and neither does a load you only carry occasionally.

Going too heavy is the most common mistake we see. An over-sprung 4WD rides badly, flexes poorly off-road, loses suspension travel and can damage the shocks — which will also void the warranty.
