It's a twin-tube gas shock with a big-bore piston that keeps its damping consistent on long corrugated tracks, matched to OME springs so the whole kit works as one system. The right choice if you tour, tow and drive to work in the same vehicle.

Choosing your kit

Front springs are chosen for what's on the nose: bull bar, winch, second battery. More accessory weight needs a firmer (higher N/mm) front spring.
Rear springs are chosen for the load you carry all the time: canopy, drawers, fridge, tools. Where OME rates the spring in kg, that's the constant load it's built for.
Greasable shackles/pins are the upgraded leaf-spring hardware option; standard bushes use OE-style rubber.
