Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 1-2 weeks.

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders may not have tracking numbers due to provider options.

Delivery charges

What is Rural Delivery fee?
An estimated delivery charge will apply to customers ordering from rural areas. Prior to processing you order on checkout, an alert will appear that will advise customers to call MYTUFF4X4 to obtain an accurate cost of delivery. Please contact MYTUFF4X4 to see a list of Rural and Remote areas. Some areas may take longer due to the frequency of deliveries to the delivery Post code. Our system calculates this estimated price considering the total amount of time to process your order including: packaging, transit time to the delivery provider, and transit time to the delivery address.

When placing your order, we consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery prices :

  • Post code of the nominated delivery address.
  • Transit Time: The amount of time it takes your order to leave our distribution centre and arrive at the local delivery carrier.

What additional fees may apply?
There may be circumstances that require additional payment by you if the conditions mentioned have not been met or you require special services outside of our standard delivery.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Delivery Insurance

Goods that are shipped on behalf of the client by Mytuff4x4 are not insured unless the client notifies us prior to delivery and pays for delivery insurance. Mytuff4x4 is not responsible for goods damaged in transit if insurance is not paid for by the customer prior to delivery.

NOTE IF SELECTING CAMERA OPTION:

  • Clearview Accessories do not provide an aftermarket solution for the cameras.

  • At this stage. you must transfer the camera from the original mirror and install to the Clearview Mirrors.

  • We suggest having the cameras fitted by a qualified dealer or an Auto Electrician willing to tackle the Job.

  • This is not a feature available for vehicles that do not contain a camera in the OEM mirror.

  • Installing cameras to the Next Gen is a lot easier to install than the Original mirror head.

  • You just remove the cap underneath the head. insert camera and re-attach cap underneath the head again.


Note:

  • Only vehicles that have the 360° feature on their OEM mirrors will be able to accommodate the Clearview camera feature.

  • There are no options to upgrade to this feature if it is not a standard feature on your vehicle.
