Delivery charges

What is Rural Delivery fee?
An estimated delivery charge will apply to customers ordering from rural areas. Prior to processing you order on checkout, an alert will appear that will advise customers to call MYTUFF4X4 to obtain an accurate cost of delivery. Please contact MYTUFF4X4 to see a list of Rural and Remote areas. Some areas may take longer due to the frequency of deliveries to the delivery Post code. Our system calculates this estimated price considering the total amount of time to process your order including: packaging, transit time to the delivery provider, and transit time to the delivery address.

When placing your order, we consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery prices :

  • Post code of the nominated delivery address.
  • Transit Time: The amount of time it takes your order to leave our distribution centre and arrive at the local delivery carrier.

What additional fees may apply?
There may be circumstances that require additional payment by you if the conditions mentioned have not been met or you require special services outside of our standard delivery.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Delivery Insurance

Goods that are shipped on behalf of the client by Mytuff4x4 are not insured unless the client notifies us prior to delivery and pays for delivery insurance. Mytuff4x4 is not responsible for goods damaged in transit if insurance is not paid for by the customer prior to delivery.

Don't be fooled into thinking that factory or generic tow points will be enough. They may serve well as tie down points for transporting but that's about all.

These tow points have been designed based on the actual vehicle. destruction tested and put through real-life recovery situations. All of the tow points we supply have be made for use with a 3.25T Bow Shackle which we can supply separately.

All tow points have been designed for straight line pull-type recoveries and are not to be used for lifting purposes.

This is a quality. reliable product with the following features;

  • Made from 10mm SS41 carbon steel plate

  • Direct bolt onto your chassis using high tensile bolts - no cutting or welding required

  • Powder coated yellow for high visibility

  • Matched pair - specific to each side

  • Allow for use of 3.25T bow shackles and a bridle strap

  • Rated to a Working Weight Limit (WWL) of 3250 Kg per tow point

  • Elongated hole for mounting of bow shackle


Note: As tow points are designed based on a standard vehicle. if your vehicle has any aftermarket parts installed (eg; bull bar. nudge bar. bash plate. etc.) this may affect fitment. Please see link for manufacturers fitment guideline.

Fitting Issues:

It has been reported that these points have had fitting issues when a Bull Bar is installed. The issue seems to be that the Shackle Hole on the Tow Point is sometimes difficult to access depending upon the bull bar and bash plate design combination. Please check that you can access both mounting holes for fitment. if you have a bull bar. prior to ordering these tow points.
