All orders are shipped within 1-2 weeks.

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders may not have tracking numbers due to provider options.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Delivery charges

What is Rural Delivery fee?
An estimated delivery charge will apply to customers ordering from rural areas. Prior to processing you order on checkout, an alert will appear that will advise customers to call MYTUFF4X4 to obtain an accurate cost of delivery. Please contact MYTUFF4X4 to see a list of Rural and Remote areas. Some areas may take longer due to the frequency of deliveries to the delivery Post code. Our system calculates this estimated price considering the total amount of time to process your order including: packaging, transit time to the delivery provider, and transit time to the delivery address.

When placing your order, we consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery prices :

  • Post code of the nominated delivery address.
  • Transit Time: The amount of time it takes your order to leave our distribution centre and arrive at the local delivery carrier.

What additional fees may apply?
There may be circumstances that require additional payment by you if the conditions mentioned have not been met or you require special services outside of our standard delivery.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Delivery Insurance

Goods that are shipped on behalf of the client by Mytuff4x4 are not insured unless the client notifies us prior to delivery and pays for delivery insurance. Mytuff4x4 is not responsible for goods damaged in transit if insurance is not paid for by the customer prior to delivery.

Tough Dog Suspension/Lift Kit Mazda BT50 2011 - 2020

Tough Dog Suspension/Lift Kit for Mazda BT50 (2011 - 2020)

Tough Dog is Australia’s leading suspension system, with a focus on 4WD applications. Unlike suspension systems designed for everyday vehicles like Commodores, Falcons, or Corollas, Tough Dog excels in rugged durability and performance, making it the perfect choice for off-road enthusiasts.

This Tough Dog suspension kit for the Mazda BT50 (2011 - 7/2020) will lift your vehicle by approximately 40mm and includes:

  • Front Tough Dog Struts
  • Front Tough Dog Raised Coils (available in either 0-60kg load or constant 60-100kg load ratings)
  • Rear Tough Dog Leaf Springs (optional upgrade to 300kg or 500kg constant load rating)
  • Rear Tough Dog Shocks
  • Rear Spring U-bolt Kit
  • Rear Spring Bush Kit
  • Rear Centre Bearing Spacers

During checkout, you can select your preferred shock combination. Front struts are available in foam cell or ride-adjustable, while rear shocks come in nitro gas (for light loads), foam cell, or adjustable options.

You can also choose to have the front struts pre-assembled with a new strut top, ensuring that all original plates are replaced for quicker installation, eliminating the need for a strut compressor.

For optimal wheel alignment and maximum performance, Tough Dog's new upper control arms are also available.

When selecting your spring rates, please consider any added accessories like bull bars, drawers, or tray design, as these will affect the load rating.

This kit is designed for Mazda BT50 4x4 models from 2011 to July 2020.
