Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 1-2 weeks.
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders may not have tracking numbers due to provider options.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Delivery charges
What is Rural Delivery fee?
An estimated delivery charge will apply to customers ordering from rural areas. Prior to processing you order on checkout, an alert will appear that will advise customers to call MYTUFF4X4 to obtain an accurate cost of delivery. Please contact MYTUFF4X4 to see a list of Rural and Remote areas. Some areas may take longer due to the frequency of deliveries to the delivery Post code. Our system calculates this estimated price considering the total amount of time to process your order including: packaging, transit time to the delivery provider, and transit time to the delivery address.
When placing your order, we consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery prices :
- Post code of the nominated delivery address.
- Transit Time: The amount of time it takes your order to leave our distribution centre and arrive at the local delivery carrier.
What additional fees may apply?
There may be circumstances that require additional payment by you if the conditions mentioned have not been met or you require special services outside of our standard delivery.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Delivery Insurance
Goods that are shipped on behalf of the client by Mytuff4x4 are not insured unless the client notifies us prior to delivery and pays for delivery insurance. Mytuff4x4 is not responsible for goods damaged in transit if insurance is not paid for by the customer prior to delivery.

EXOTRED™ - Patented Dual Composite Construction For Ultimate Durability
TRED Pro’s unique and patented composite construction. ensures that in the unlikely event that your wheels spin during a recovery. the ramp/teeth will not suffer instant catastrophic damage as has been experienced with other recovery ramp products. Due to the special nylon material blend TRED Pro's can handle high levels of flex. are highly durable and wear resistant. SIPE-LOCK™ – Patented Grip Profile For Ultimate Traction
The new TRED Pro features a unique patented grip profile. specifically engineered to engage with the one common denominator in most tyres. the water evacuation channels on the outer edges. known in the tyre industry as sipes. we call it SIPE-LOCK™. By using advanced technologies such as 3D scanning and CAD modelling we inspected hundreds of the biggest brand tyres around the world to optimise the TRED Pro design. This feature makes TRED Pro the ultimate in traction for recovery devices. By creating a database of the worlds biggest selling off road tyres we were able to use real data. dimensions and tread patterns to optimize our design more so than any other recovery device of this type in history.
TRED Pro Will Fit To Your Existing Mounting Brackets
We have designed the new TRED Pro with the same mounting points as the previous models allowing it to retrofit to your existing TRED 800 and TRED 1100 mounting brackets. Also including an updated set of mounting points to suit the new TRED Pro mounting bracket and other mounting products available in the market. Your new TRED Pro’s will simply slide onto your existing mounting brackets or bolts – upgrading to your new TRED Pro’s much easier.
Improved Shovel & Handles New Contour Ramp
Integrated design features enhanced ergonomics and provides maximum grip. comfort and control to clear debris & obstructions for optimum TRED placement prior to recovery. The new contour ramp has been engineered specifically to hug the tyre for optimum tyre traction and vehicle recovery in all conditions.
Lower Profile - Better Stacking TRED Pro’s have been designed with a lower profile and tighter nesting to save valuable storage space. This also allows for shorter mounting kit pins due to reduced stack height. meaning less equipment protruding from your vehicle.
