What is Rural Delivery fee?
An estimated delivery charge will apply to customers ordering from rural areas. Prior to processing you order on checkout, an alert will appear that will advise customers to call MYTUFF4X4 to obtain an accurate cost of delivery. Please contact MYTUFF4X4 to see a list of Rural and Remote areas. Some areas may take longer due to the frequency of deliveries to the delivery Post code. Our system calculates this estimated price considering the total amount of time to process your order including: packaging, transit time to the delivery provider, and transit time to the delivery address.
When placing your order, we consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery prices :
- Post code of the nominated delivery address.
- Transit Time: The amount of time it takes your order to leave our distribution centre and arrive at the local delivery carrier.
What additional fees may apply?
There may be circumstances that require additional payment by you if the conditions mentioned have not been met or you require special services outside of our standard delivery.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Delivery Insurance
Goods that are shipped on behalf of the client by Mytuff4x4 are not insured unless the client notifies us prior to delivery and pays for delivery insurance. Mytuff4x4 is not responsible for goods damaged in transit if insurance is not paid for by the customer prior to delivery.

This not only guarantees compliance with legal standards but, more importantly, ensures the safety of every user.
The Australian Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development, Communications, and the Arts is responsible for overseeing vehicle compliance in Australia. In 2011, this department established the National Code of Practice (NCOP) for Light Vehicle Construction and Modification (VSB14), which outlines the technical standards for modifying or constructing vehicles.
VSB14 outlines four critical load cases that a steering or suspension component must pass for compliance:
- Sustained Bump Load
- Skid Load
- Overturning Load
- Fatigue Load
Unmatched Development and Mechanical Testing
The Blackhawk Ultimate range of upper control arms (UCAs) undergoes more rigorous testing than any other UCA on the market.
Each Blackhawk Ultimate Adjustable UCA is developed through an extensive process of design and refinement, focusing on perfecting steering geometry, suspension and vehicle clearance, and fitment.
This process starts with 3D scanning to create a dynamic suspension model. The model, combined with real-world wheel alignment data, is used to determine the necessary caster and camber changes, as well as any spatial constraints for the UCA.
Once the design is finalized, it is 3D printed and fitted to the vehicle to verify fitment, clearance, and steering geometry.
The final Blackhawk Ultimate UCA design is subjected to multiple Finite Element Analysis (FEA) simulations and an exhaustive physical and destructive testing regimen focused on adjuster performance.
This comprehensive testing ensures that Blackhawk Ultimate UCAs not only meet VSB14 compliance but are also the strongest adjustable UCAs available.
