Delivery charges

What is Rural Delivery fee?
An estimated delivery charge will apply to customers ordering from rural areas. Prior to processing you order on checkout, an alert will appear that will advise customers to call MYTUFF4X4 to obtain an accurate cost of delivery. Please contact MYTUFF4X4 to see a list of Rural and Remote areas. Some areas may take longer due to the frequency of deliveries to the delivery Post code. Our system calculates this estimated price considering the total amount of time to process your order including: packaging, transit time to the delivery provider, and transit time to the delivery address.

When placing your order, we consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery prices :

  • Post code of the nominated delivery address.
  • Transit Time: The amount of time it takes your order to leave our distribution centre and arrive at the local delivery carrier.

What additional fees may apply?
There may be circumstances that require additional payment by you if the conditions mentioned have not been met or you require special services outside of our standard delivery.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Delivery Insurance

Goods that are shipped on behalf of the client by Mytuff4x4 are not insured unless the client notifies us prior to delivery and pays for delivery insurance. Mytuff4x4 is not responsible for goods damaged in transit if insurance is not paid for by the customer prior to delivery.

Built on Dobinsons’ race-winning Monotube Remote Reservoir (MRR) platform, the new MRA Adjustable Shock Absorbers blend proven, race-bred monotube technology with an advanced 3-way damping adjustment system. The result is a shock absorber engineered to transform your 4x4 into the ultimate off-road machine. Every component has been refined to deliver superior ride quality, enhanced vehicle control, and outstanding performance across all conditions.

A new 6063 honed aluminium reservoir, lightweight floating piston, Carbon Fibre/PTFE/Disulphide composite wear band, and improved 3-stage sealing system work together to significantly reduce internal friction. The addition of the reservoir compression adjuster allows lower gas pressures, further improving ride comfort and damping consistency. The upgraded 3-stage FKM-HNBR shaft seal system dramatically increases service life while minimizing wear.

The micro-polished, hard-chromed, heat-treated shock shaft, CNC-machined high-flow race piston, and DOM seamless tubing body provide exceptional durability and off-road resilience. The 3-way adjustment design reduces load on the main piston, distributes heat more evenly between the shock body and reservoir, lowers operating temperatures, and allows quick, precise damping adjustments on the fly.
