All orders are shipped within 1-2 weeks.

Delivery charges
What is Rural Delivery fee?
An estimated delivery charge will apply to customers ordering from rural areas. Prior to processing you order on checkout, an alert will appear that will advise customers to call MYTUFF4X4 to obtain an accurate cost of delivery. Please contact MYTUFF4X4 to see a list of Rural and Remote areas. Some areas may take longer due to the frequency of deliveries to the delivery Post code. Our system calculates this estimated price considering the total amount of time to process your order including: packaging, transit time to the delivery provider, and transit time to the delivery address.
When placing your order, we consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery prices :
- Post code of the nominated delivery address.
- Transit Time: The amount of time it takes your order to leave our distribution centre and arrive at the local delivery carrier.
What additional fees may apply?
There may be circumstances that require additional payment by you if the conditions mentioned have not been met or you require special services outside of our standard delivery.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Delivery Insurance
Goods that are shipped on behalf of the client by Mytuff4x4 are not insured unless the client notifies us prior to delivery and pays for delivery insurance. Mytuff4x4 is not responsible for goods damaged in transit if insurance is not paid for by the customer prior to delivery.
This Plazmaman water to air intercooler is to suit the Nissan Patrol/Safari GQ & GU (Y60/Y61) and Ford DA Maverick (GQ/Y60) TD42 Turbo Diesel Engine.
This is a bolt on intercooler & brackets only, and is supplied with all necessary brackets for easy fitment. This unit is suited for vehicles which use 8 - 22 psi efficiency (although it will handle up to 30 psi) of boost pressure, in light to mild towing conditions. For higher boost, higher horsepower applications, please see our stage 2 unit (related items below). This Water to Air Intercooler is available in complete kit form to suit the factory turbocharger (see related items below).
We offer this intercooler as a standalone unit, as there are a huge selection of turbochargers and turbocharger mounting positions, which place the turbocharger and required piping in various different positions. The standalone unit allows a custom installation of suitable piping for the turbocharger.
Why water to air?
An air to air intercooler requires constant airflow through the front of the vehicle to be efficient. Whilst this works quite well in street driven vehicles, it’s not ideal for vehicles used in low speed 4wding applications, as there is little to no airflow in these conditions. With a water to air system, you have a constant flow of cool water circulating through the intercooler core at all times, ensuring that you have all the benefits of increased horsepower and torque whilst climbing the hills!.

The intercooler is available in raw, or stealth black finish. The intercooler is supplied with a built in filler neck, with an option for a pressure relief type cap at an additional cost.
***PLEASE NOTE - This intercooler does NOT suit a high-mount turbo setup. It is best suited to factory-style low-mount turbo systems.***
