Reduce CV Stress on Your Lifted 4WD
Lifting an IFS vehicle improves clearance and stance, but it also increases the operating angle of the CV shafts. Over time, these sharper angles can accelerate wear, cause CV boots to tear, and potentially lead to joint failure. A diff drop kit helps correct this by repositioning the front differential to restore more favourable driveline geometry.
This CalOffroad kit lowers the front differential by approximately 34mm and shifts it forward by around 20mm, easing strain on the CVs and improving overall durability. A tail shaft spacer kit is also included to help minimise driveline vibration after the modification.
