Shipping & Returns

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 1-2 weeks.

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders may not have tracking numbers due to provider options.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Delivery charges

What is Rural Delivery fee?
An estimated delivery charge will apply to customers ordering from rural areas. Prior to processing you order on checkout, an alert will appear that will advise customers to call MYTUFF4X4 to obtain an accurate cost of delivery. Please contact MYTUFF4X4 to see a list of Rural and Remote areas. Some areas may take longer due to the frequency of deliveries to the delivery Post code. Our system calculates this estimated price considering the total amount of time to process your order including: packaging, transit time to the delivery provider, and transit time to the delivery address.

When placing your order, we consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery prices :

  • Post code of the nominated delivery address.
  • Transit Time: The amount of time it takes your order to leave our distribution centre and arrive at the local delivery carrier.

What additional fees may apply?
There may be circumstances that require additional payment by you if the conditions mentioned have not been met or you require special services outside of our standard delivery.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Delivery Insurance

Goods that are shipped on behalf of the client by Mytuff4x4 are not insured unless the client notifies us prior to delivery and pays for delivery insurance. Mytuff4x4 is not responsible for goods damaged in transit if insurance is not paid for by the customer prior to delivery.
clearview accessories Power Boards Isuzu MU-X Current

Clearview Power Boards are electric side steps made to suit the Isuzu MU-X 2015-2019. Open any door and the board on that side drops down to an easy step height. Close the door and it folds back up under the body, so you keep your ground clearance off-road and there's no fixed step to hang up on rocks or ruts.

They run off the factory door sensors, so there are no buttons or switches to use - they just work every time you get in or out. They're good for anyone who finds a lifted 4WD a big climb, and for kids and older passengers.

Suits

  • Isuzu MU-X, 2015 to 2019

Features

  • Drops automatically when a door opens and retracts when it closes
  • Rated to 300kg per side
  • IP68 sealed motors to keep out water and dust
  • Safety cut-off - if a board hits something while moving, it stops and holds. Open and close the door to reset it
  • Bolts into the factory mounting points - no drilling
  • Sold as a pair - driver and passenger side

Specifications

Load rating 300kg per side
Motor rating IP68
Fitting time About 3-4 hours
Warranty 12 months manufacturer's warranty

What's in the box

  • 2 x Power Boards (left and right) - part PB-IU-002
  • Mounting bracket assemblies for both sides
  • 1 x Control unit

Keep the boards clean so they keep working smoothly. Don't use a high-pressure washer on the motors, and don't use the boards as rock sliders - neither is covered by warranty.
