    All orders are shipped within 1-2 weeks.

    If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders may not have tracking numbers due to provider options.

    The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

    Delivery charges

    What is Rural Delivery fee?
    An estimated delivery charge will apply to customers ordering from rural areas. Prior to processing you order on checkout, an alert will appear that will advise customers to call MYTUFF4X4 to obtain an accurate cost of delivery. Please contact MYTUFF4X4 to see a list of Rural and Remote areas. Some areas may take longer due to the frequency of deliveries to the delivery Post code. Our system calculates this estimated price considering the total amount of time to process your order including: packaging, transit time to the delivery provider, and transit time to the delivery address.

    When placing your order, we consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery prices :

    • Post code of the nominated delivery address.
    • Transit Time: The amount of time it takes your order to leave our distribution centre and arrive at the local delivery carrier.

    What additional fees may apply?
    There may be circumstances that require additional payment by you if the conditions mentioned have not been met or you require special services outside of our standard delivery.

    Back Orders

    If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

    Delivery Insurance

    Goods that are shipped on behalf of the client by Mytuff4x4 are not insured unless the client notifies us prior to delivery and pays for delivery insurance. Mytuff4x4 is not responsible for goods damaged in transit if insurance is not paid for by the customer prior to delivery.

    Dobinsons worked tirelessly on producing the strongest UCA’s on the market while using the highest quality components to produce excellent strength, functionality, and longevity.  The new Dobinsons Billet Aluminum UCA’s are just that, machined from a single piece of billet aluminium to produce a single arm with the best strength available.  Don’t be fooled by other cast aluminium arms on the market, they aren’t as strong as billet aluminium.  In addition to being a one-piece arm, Dobinsons went one step further to incorporate the factory features of stock UCA’s that make stock UCA’s last so long – their high-quality ball joints and OE size full rubber bushings with vulcanized sleeves.  Many other brands use polyurethane multi-piece bushing that requires constant greasing and also adds more NVH to the front end (Noise, Vibration, Harshness).  When you lift your truck or SUV, you want the added suspension components to help the ride quality, not hinder it, and these high-quality billet aluminium UCA’s are made exactly for that purpose.
