Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 1-2 weeks.

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders may not have tracking numbers due to provider options.

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Delivery charges

What is Rural Delivery fee?
An estimated delivery charge will apply to customers ordering from rural areas. Prior to processing you order on checkout, an alert will appear that will advise customers to call MYTUFF4X4 to obtain an accurate cost of delivery. Please contact MYTUFF4X4 to see a list of Rural and Remote areas. Some areas may take longer due to the frequency of deliveries to the delivery Post code. Our system calculates this estimated price considering the total amount of time to process your order including: packaging, transit time to the delivery provider, and transit time to the delivery address.

When placing your order, we consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery prices :

  • Post code of the nominated delivery address.
  • Transit Time: The amount of time it takes your order to leave our distribution centre and arrive at the local delivery carrier.

What additional fees may apply?
There may be circumstances that require additional payment by you if the conditions mentioned have not been met or you require special services outside of our standard delivery.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Delivery Insurance

Goods that are shipped on behalf of the client by Mytuff4x4 are not insured unless the client notifies us prior to delivery and pays for delivery insurance. Mytuff4x4 is not responsible for goods damaged in transit if insurance is not paid for by the customer prior to delivery.

Dobinsons Billet Aluminium Upper Control Arms (UCA’s) are a premium upgrade, engineered to deliver superior strength, reliability, and performance for lifted 4x4 vehicles.

Developed with a focus on durability, these UCA’s are precision-machined from a single piece of billet aluminium, creating a one-piece arm that offers exceptional structural integrity. Unlike many alternatives on the market that use cast aluminium, billet construction provides significantly greater strength and resistance to fatigue under demanding off-road conditions.

Dobinsons has also retained key factory design elements that contribute to long service life and comfort. These UCA’s utilise OE-style, high-quality rubber bushings with vulcanised sleeves, helping to minimise noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH). In contrast to polyurethane multi-piece bushings commonly used by other brands—which often require frequent maintenance and can increase NVH—Dobinsons’ design ensures a smoother, quieter ride with minimal upkeep.

When lifting your vehicle, maintaining ride quality is just as important as improving capability. These billet aluminium UCA’s are designed to complement your suspension setup, enhancing both performance and comfort on and off the road.
