All orders are shipped within 1-2 weeks.

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders may not have tracking numbers due to provider options.

Delivery charges

What is Rural Delivery fee?
An estimated delivery charge will apply to customers ordering from rural areas. Prior to processing you order on checkout, an alert will appear that will advise customers to call MYTUFF4X4 to obtain an accurate cost of delivery. Please contact MYTUFF4X4 to see a list of Rural and Remote areas. Some areas may take longer due to the frequency of deliveries to the delivery Post code. Our system calculates this estimated price considering the total amount of time to process your order including: packaging, transit time to the delivery provider, and transit time to the delivery address.

When placing your order, we consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery prices :

  • Post code of the nominated delivery address.
  • Transit Time: The amount of time it takes your order to leave our distribution centre and arrive at the local delivery carrier.

What additional fees may apply?
There may be circumstances that require additional payment by you if the conditions mentioned have not been met or you require special services outside of our standard delivery.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Delivery Insurance

Goods that are shipped on behalf of the client by Mytuff4x4 are not insured unless the client notifies us prior to delivery and pays for delivery insurance. Mytuff4x4 is not responsible for goods damaged in transit if insurance is not paid for by the customer prior to delivery.

Dobinsons’ latest MRR Adjustable shock absorbers are built on their race-winning Monotube Remote Reservoir (MRR) platform, delivering exceptional off-road performance and control. Designed with advanced motorsport-inspired technology, this new range features a 3-way damping adjustment system, allowing you to fine-tune your suspension for varying terrain, driving styles, and vehicle loads.

Every component has been refined to enhance ride quality, durability, and overall performance. The updated design includes a 6063 honed aluminium reservoir, lightweight floating piston, and a carbon fibre/PTFE/disulphide composite wear band. Combined with an improved 3-stage sealing system and the ability to operate at lower gas pressure, these upgrades significantly reduce internal friction—resulting in smoother ride characteristics and improved damping response.

Durability has also been enhanced with a micro-polished, hard-chromed, and heat-treated shock shaft, along with a CNC-machined high-flow race piston and DOM seamless tubing body. The revised 3-stage FKM-HNBR shaft seal system further increases service life by reducing wear and maintaining consistent performance over time.

The advanced 3-way adjustment design helps distribute load and heat more efficiently between the main piston and reservoir piston, reducing operating temperatures and improving reliability. This system allows for quick and precise tuning, ensuring optimal comfort and control whether you're tackling rough off-road tracks or carrying heavy loads.
