Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 1-2 weeks.

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders may not have tracking numbers due to provider options.

Delivery charges

What is Rural Delivery fee?
An estimated delivery charge will apply to customers ordering from rural areas. Prior to processing you order on checkout, an alert will appear that will advise customers to call MYTUFF4X4 to obtain an accurate cost of delivery. Please contact MYTUFF4X4 to see a list of Rural and Remote areas. Some areas may take longer due to the frequency of deliveries to the delivery Post code. Our system calculates this estimated price considering the total amount of time to process your order including: packaging, transit time to the delivery provider, and transit time to the delivery address.

When placing your order, we consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery prices :

  • Post code of the nominated delivery address.
  • Transit Time: The amount of time it takes your order to leave our distribution centre and arrive at the local delivery carrier.

What additional fees may apply?
There may be circumstances that require additional payment by you if the conditions mentioned have not been met or you require special services outside of our standard delivery.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Delivery Insurance

Goods that are shipped on behalf of the client by Mytuff4x4 are not insured unless the client notifies us prior to delivery and pays for delivery insurance. Mytuff4x4 is not responsible for goods damaged in transit if insurance is not paid for by the customer prior to delivery.

Advanced Race-Bred Performance

Built on the foundation of Dobinsons’ race-winning Monotube Remote Reservoir (MRR) shock absorbers, the MRA range combines proven high-performance monotube technology with an advanced 3-way damping adjustment system. The result is exceptional ride quality, superior vehicle control, and outstanding off-road capability.

Every component has been refined to maximise durability and performance, including:

  • 6063 honed aluminium reservoir

  • Lightweight revised floating piston

  • Carbon Fibre / PTFE / Disulphide composite wear band

  • Improved 3-stage sealing system

  • Lower operating gas pressure (enabled by the reservoir compression adjuster)

These enhancements significantly reduce internal friction, improving ride comfort, damping consistency, and overall shock performance.

The upgraded 3-stage FKM-HNBR shaft seal system further extends service life by reducing wear and improving sealing reliability.

  • CNC aluminium high-flow race piston

  • DOM seamless tubing body

Important Note

Triton models have limited suspension downtravel (droop) when lifted. A shortened upper bump stop kit is strongly recommended to maximise suspension travel and maintain optimal performance.
