Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 1-2 weeks.

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders may not have tracking numbers due to provider options.

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Delivery charges

What is Rural Delivery fee?
An estimated delivery charge will apply to customers ordering from rural areas. Prior to processing you order on checkout, an alert will appear that will advise customers to call MYTUFF4X4 to obtain an accurate cost of delivery. Please contact MYTUFF4X4 to see a list of Rural and Remote areas. Some areas may take longer due to the frequency of deliveries to the delivery Post code. Our system calculates this estimated price considering the total amount of time to process your order including: packaging, transit time to the delivery provider, and transit time to the delivery address.

When placing your order, we consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery prices :

  • Post code of the nominated delivery address.
  • Transit Time: The amount of time it takes your order to leave our distribution centre and arrive at the local delivery carrier.

What additional fees may apply?
There may be circumstances that require additional payment by you if the conditions mentioned have not been met or you require special services outside of our standard delivery.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Delivery Insurance

Goods that are shipped on behalf of the client by Mytuff4x4 are not insured unless the client notifies us prior to delivery and pays for delivery insurance. Mytuff4x4 is not responsible for goods damaged in transit if insurance is not paid for by the customer prior to delivery.

Federally approved GVM upgrade taking the Mitsubishi Triton MV to 3620kg.

A GVM upgrade legally raises how much your vehicle is allowed to weigh fully loaded. If you run a canopy, drawers, a long-range tank, a bar and a load of gear, there is a fair chance you are already over the factory limit - which affects your insurance as much as your handling.

This is an EFS Second Stage of Manufacture (SSM) package, engineered and tested to ADR standards and approved by the Federal Department of Infrastructure and Transport, so it is legal in every state.

How it works

  • Pre-registration - fitted before the vehicle is first registered. The simplest path.
  • Post-registration - fitted to a vehicle already on the road. Needs an engineering inspection and certification, and the requirements vary by state.

Pricing and how to order

  • We are an EFS registered fitter. This kit is fitted by us only, in our own workshop — we do not sell it for fitting elsewhere.
  • The $220 Federal GVM (SSM RAV) approval compliance fee is covered by us — we do not charge it.
  • Standard GVM upgrade kit starts from $2,999. Upgrade options are available.
  • That is the kit price. Fitting, and engineering certification on an already-registered vehicle, are quoted separately and vary by state.
  • Every GVM upgrade is quoted to your vehicle, its build date and how you load it.
