Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 1-2 weeks.

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders may not have tracking numbers due to provider options.

Delivery charges

What is Rural Delivery fee?
An estimated delivery charge will apply to customers ordering from rural areas. Prior to processing you order on checkout, an alert will appear that will advise customers to call MYTUFF4X4 to obtain an accurate cost of delivery. Please contact MYTUFF4X4 to see a list of Rural and Remote areas. Some areas may take longer due to the frequency of deliveries to the delivery Post code. Our system calculates this estimated price considering the total amount of time to process your order including: packaging, transit time to the delivery provider, and transit time to the delivery address.

When placing your order, we consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery prices :

  • Post code of the nominated delivery address.
  • Transit Time: The amount of time it takes your order to leave our distribution centre and arrive at the local delivery carrier.

What additional fees may apply?
There may be circumstances that require additional payment by you if the conditions mentioned have not been met or you require special services outside of our standard delivery.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Delivery Insurance

Goods that are shipped on behalf of the client by Mytuff4x4 are not insured unless the client notifies us prior to delivery and pays for delivery insurance. Mytuff4x4 is not responsible for goods damaged in transit if insurance is not paid for by the customer prior to delivery.

Note: Will only suit vehicles with 17inch or larger wheels with no further backspacing than the factory wheels.

16inch rims and wider aftermarket rims at the OE offset ( 33) are not suitable.

When a vehicle has raised suspension (this can be anything from 40mm or above) it will disrupt the vehicles relationship with factory set geometry and create issues such as…

  • Reduced caster correction – causing vague steering and response

  • Bump steer resulting in reduced handling – with an out of control feeling

  • Clearance issues to suspension & wheels/tyres – larger wheels can hit suspension components

  • Some standard vehicles can have an issue of the UCA hitting the coil on full droop

  • Strength of OE equipment in off road scenarios


Blackhawk upper control arms are designed to correct the balljoint angle with built in 3 degree caster when you lift your vehicle 40mm and over.

Kit Contains:

  • 2 x Blackhawk UCA’s pre-fitted with OE style rubber bushes

  • 2x Roadsafe HD Ball Joints pre-fitted to the control arms

  • 4 x Washers

  • 2 x Blackhawk Ball Joint Dust Caps

  • 2 x Dust Cap sealing O-Rings


ADR Compliance

Blackhawk arms have been designed and manufactured to be ADR Compliant; this is a confusing term within the industry as there is not an ADR (Australian Design Rule) to comply with specifically for this product group.

So what does “ADR compliant” mean?

Roadsafe have ensured the Blackhawk UCA’s mount to the vehicle in the standard fitment position. by not moving or changing any of the mounting points at the chassis rail. by utilising rubber bushings at the chassis we have also followed the OE specifications on the vehicle.
