Nitrocharger Plus is Old Man Emu's everyday touring shock. It's a twin-tube gas shock with a big-bore piston that keeps its damping consistent on long corrugated tracks, matched to OME springs so the whole kit works as one system. Choosing your kit

  • Front springs are chosen for what's on the nose: bull bar, winch, second battery. More accessory weight needs a firmer (higher N/mm) front spring.
  • Rear springs are chosen for the load you carry all the time: canopy, drawers, fridge, tools. Where OME rates the spring in kg, that's the constant load it's built for.
  • Greasable shackles/pins are the upgraded leaf-spring hardware option; standard bushes use OE-style rubber.
