Delivery charges

What is Rural Delivery fee?
An estimated delivery charge will apply to customers ordering from rural areas. Prior to processing you order on checkout, an alert will appear that will advise customers to call MYTUFF4X4 to obtain an accurate cost of delivery. Please contact MYTUFF4X4 to see a list of Rural and Remote areas. Some areas may take longer due to the frequency of deliveries to the delivery Post code. Our system calculates this estimated price considering the total amount of time to process your order including: packaging, transit time to the delivery provider, and transit time to the delivery address.

When placing your order, we consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery prices :

  • Post code of the nominated delivery address.
  • Transit Time: The amount of time it takes your order to leave our distribution centre and arrive at the local delivery carrier.

What additional fees may apply?
There may be circumstances that require additional payment by you if the conditions mentioned have not been met or you require special services outside of our standard delivery.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Delivery Insurance

Goods that are shipped on behalf of the client by Mytuff4x4 are not insured unless the client notifies us prior to delivery and pays for delivery insurance. Mytuff4x4 is not responsible for goods damaged in transit if insurance is not paid for by the customer prior to delivery.

Ford Ranger Next-Gen

Take control of any road, any track, and any challenge with Tough Dog’s TD-R Pro Series suspension system—engineered for serious off-road performance and complete vehicle control.

At the heart of this kit are Tough Dog’s remote reservoir shock absorbers, precision-built using a high-performance monotube design. Increased oil capacity and enhanced piston movement deliver greater wheel travel, improved heat dissipation, and consistent damping when the terrain gets tough.

The TD-R Pro Series allows you to fine-tune your setup with 8-stage rebound and 8-stage compression adjustment, giving you total control across varying conditions. Featuring a 60mm high-flow race piston, 67mm steel shock body, CNC-machined components, and a 22mm chrome piston rod protected by a 360° rugged stone shield, this is serious hardware built to handle extreme punishment.

Forged in the dirt and tuned for the toughest environments, the TD-R Pro Series delivers race-bred performance that’s ready to take you further.

This suspension kit provides approximately 45mm of lift for the Ford Ranger Next-Gen (07/2022 onwards, excludes Raptor) and includes:

  • Front Tough Dog TD-R Pro Series remote reservoir struts (pre-assembled)

  • Front Tough Dog raised coil springs

  • Rear Tough Dog leaf springs

  • Rear Tough Dog TD-R Pro Series remote reservoir shock absorbers

  • Rear spring U-bolt kit

  • Rear spring bush kit

  • Rear centre bearing spacers

  • Headlight relocation bracket

During checkout, you can select your preferred spring rates and optional upgrades such as greasable shackles and pins or air-assist airbags for maximum load control. When choosing spring rates, please consider any fitted accessories including bull bars, drawer systems, tray designs, or constant load.

The front struts come fully pre-assembled and are ready to bolt in.

Optional Tough Dog upper control arms are also available to ensure correct wheel alignment and maximise suspension performance.
