Delivery charges

What is Rural Delivery fee?
An estimated delivery charge will apply to customers ordering from rural areas. Prior to processing you order on checkout, an alert will appear that will advise customers to call MYTUFF4X4 to obtain an accurate cost of delivery. Please contact MYTUFF4X4 to see a list of Rural and Remote areas. Some areas may take longer due to the frequency of deliveries to the delivery Post code. Our system calculates this estimated price considering the total amount of time to process your order including: packaging, transit time to the delivery provider, and transit time to the delivery address.

When placing your order, we consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery prices :

  • Post code of the nominated delivery address.
  • Transit Time: The amount of time it takes your order to leave our distribution centre and arrive at the local delivery carrier.

What additional fees may apply?
There may be circumstances that require additional payment by you if the conditions mentioned have not been met or you require special services outside of our standard delivery.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Delivery Insurance

Goods that are shipped on behalf of the client by Mytuff4x4 are not insured unless the client notifies us prior to delivery and pays for delivery insurance. Mytuff4x4 is not responsible for goods damaged in transit if insurance is not paid for by the customer prior to delivery.

The Rhino-Rack Pioneer 5 Platform with RCH Legs is a premium load-carrying solution designed for Land Rover Discovery 3 & 4 4×4 vehicles fitted with factory roof tracks. Combining strength, versatility, and aerodynamic performance, this system is ideal for touring, off-road adventures, and everyday utility use.

Constructed from strong yet lightweight aluminium and finished with a durable black powder coat, the Pioneer 5 Platform delivers excellent corrosion resistance for harsh environments. Fibreglass reinforced nylon corners complete the design, allowing easy access to the internal wiring channels and ensuring long-term durability.

The Pioneer 5 system features additional accessory channels in the front and rear extrusions, along with channels on the underside, significantly increasing modular mounting options. This allows you to easily customise your setup with a wide range of Rhino-Rack accessories including bike carriers, awnings, recovery gear, and rooftop storage solutions.

RCH locking legs provide a secure and removable mounting solution, making installation and removal simple while maintaining a low-profile, factory-integrated appearance. With integrated measuring strips and a supplied torque limiting tool, installation is fast, accurate, and maintenance-friendly.
