Delivery charges

What is Rural Delivery fee?
An estimated delivery charge will apply to customers ordering from rural areas. Prior to processing you order on checkout, an alert will appear that will advise customers to call MYTUFF4X4 to obtain an accurate cost of delivery. Please contact MYTUFF4X4 to see a list of Rural and Remote areas. Some areas may take longer due to the frequency of deliveries to the delivery Post code. Our system calculates this estimated price considering the total amount of time to process your order including: packaging, transit time to the delivery provider, and transit time to the delivery address.

When placing your order, we consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery prices :

  • Post code of the nominated delivery address.
  • Transit Time: The amount of time it takes your order to leave our distribution centre and arrive at the local delivery carrier.

What additional fees may apply?
There may be circumstances that require additional payment by you if the conditions mentioned have not been met or you require special services outside of our standard delivery.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Delivery Insurance

Goods that are shipped on behalf of the client by Mytuff4x4 are not insured unless the client notifies us prior to delivery and pays for delivery insurance. Mytuff4x4 is not responsible for goods damaged in transit if insurance is not paid for by the customer prior to delivery.

The Rhino-Rack Pioneer 5 Platform with RX300H Legs is a high-performance roof platform solution engineered specifically for Land Rover Discovery 3 & 4 4×4 vehicles fitted with factory roof tracks. Designed for serious touring, off-road exploration, and professional load carrying, this system delivers strength, modularity, and aerodynamic efficiency in one complete package.

Constructed from strong yet lightweight aluminium and finished with a durable black powder coat, the Pioneer 5 Platform offers excellent corrosion resistance for demanding environments. The platform is completed with fibreglass reinforced nylon corners, providing durability while allowing easy access to integrated wiring channels within the extrusions.

This Pioneer 5 system features additional accessory channels on the front and rear extrusions, as well as underside channels, allowing for increased mounting flexibility. This enables seamless compatibility with a wide range of Rhino-Rack accessories such as bike carriers, awnings, recovery equipment, and rooftop storage solutions.

RX300H high legs provide increased clearance and a secure mounting solution for vehicles with factory tracks, delivering a strong and stable connection while maintaining a refined, integrated appearance. With an integrated measuring strip and supplied torque limiting tool, installation is fast, precise, and maintenance-friendly.
