If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders may not have tracking numbers due to provider options.

Delivery charges

What is Rural Delivery fee?
An estimated delivery charge will apply to customers ordering from rural areas. Prior to processing you order on checkout, an alert will appear that will advise customers to call MYTUFF4X4 to obtain an accurate cost of delivery. Please contact MYTUFF4X4 to see a list of Rural and Remote areas. Some areas may take longer due to the frequency of deliveries to the delivery Post code. Our system calculates this estimated price considering the total amount of time to process your order including: packaging, transit time to the delivery provider, and transit time to the delivery address.

When placing your order, we consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery prices :

  • Post code of the nominated delivery address.
  • Transit Time: The amount of time it takes your order to leave our distribution centre and arrive at the local delivery carrier.

What additional fees may apply?
There may be circumstances that require additional payment by you if the conditions mentioned have not been met or you require special services outside of our standard delivery.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Delivery Insurance

Goods that are shipped on behalf of the client by Mytuff4x4 are not insured unless the client notifies us prior to delivery and pays for delivery insurance. Mytuff4x4 is not responsible for goods damaged in transit if insurance is not paid for by the customer prior to delivery.

Featuring the RX300H high-leg system, this setup provides increased clearance above the roof, making it ideal for larger accessories, expedition gear, and rugged applications.

Utilising Rhino-Rack’s aerodynamic Vortex bars with an overhang design, this system maximises usable bar width while maintaining low wind noise and excellent accessory compatibility. Once installed, the legs and bars can be removed when not required, while the RTV tracks remain securely fixed to the roof.

Installation Notes
This Vortex RX300H roof rack system requires RTV tracks to be permanently fitted to the vehicle roof. Drilling is required for track installation. Once installed, the legs and bars can be removed as needed while the tracks remain in place. Always follow Rhino-Rack load ratings and the vehicle manufacturer’s maximum roof load limits when carrying cargo or fitting accessories.
