What is Rural Delivery fee?
An estimated delivery charge will apply to customers ordering from rural areas. Prior to processing you order on checkout, an alert will appear that will advise customers to call MYTUFF4X4 to obtain an accurate cost of delivery. Please contact MYTUFF4X4 to see a list of Rural and Remote areas. Some areas may take longer due to the frequency of deliveries to the delivery Post code. Our system calculates this estimated price considering the total amount of time to process your order including: packaging, transit time to the delivery provider, and transit time to the delivery address.
When placing your order, we consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery prices :
- Post code of the nominated delivery address.
- Transit Time: The amount of time it takes your order to leave our distribution centre and arrive at the local delivery carrier.
What additional fees may apply?
There may be circumstances that require additional payment by you if the conditions mentioned have not been met or you require special services outside of our standard delivery.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Delivery Insurance
Goods that are shipped on behalf of the client by Mytuff4x4 are not insured unless the client notifies us prior to delivery and pays for delivery insurance. Mytuff4x4 is not responsible for goods damaged in transit if insurance is not paid for by the customer prior to delivery.

The Next Generation Roadsafe 4WD Heavy Duty Ball Joint is designed to handle the increased loads commonly found in modern 4WD vehicles, particularly those fitted with larger tyres and aftermarket suspension systems.
Manufactured to strict quality standards, the latest Roadsafe HD ball joints feature an upgraded internal design to improve durability, articulation, and overall performance in demanding conditions.
A revolutionary nylon spring design helps maximise both static and dynamic load capacity during operation. Where possible, additional articulation has also been engineered into the ball joint to improve suspension travel and reduce the risk of binding.
To accommodate the improved articulation, a high-quality CR (Chloroprene Rubber) dust boot is used and secured with a heavy-duty retaining clip to help keep contaminants out.
One of the key advantages of the Roadsafe Next Gen ball joint is the greaseable design, allowing the joint to be flushed with fresh grease after off-road use. While the durable CR boot prevents most contaminants from entering, the ability to re-grease the joint allows dirt and debris to be flushed out, helping maintain smooth operation and extend component life.
