The Roadsafe Next Generation Heavy Duty 4WD ball joints are designed to handle the increased stresses found in modern four-wheel drives, especially those fitted with larger tyres and upgraded suspension systems. Manufactured to strict quality standards, these ball joints are engineered to provide improved strength, durability, and articulation compared to standard components.

A key feature of the design is the advanced nylon spring system, which improves the joint’s ability to handle both static and dynamic loads during operation. The ball joint also incorporates increased articulation where possible, helping reduce the risk of binding while allowing greater suspension travel.

To support the improved movement, a high-quality CR (Chloroprene Rubber) dust boot is used. This material provides excellent resistance to ozone, weathering, oils, fuels, and chemicals while protecting the joint from dirt and contaminants. The boot is secured with a heavy-duty retaining clip to ensure it remains properly seated even under maximum articulation.

Another major advantage is the greaseable design, allowing the ball joint to be serviced. After off-road use, fresh grease can be applied to help flush out dirt and debris, maintaining smooth operation and extending the component’s lifespan.
