What is Rural Delivery fee?
An estimated delivery charge will apply to customers ordering from rural areas. Prior to processing you order on checkout, an alert will appear that will advise customers to call MYTUFF4X4 to obtain an accurate cost of delivery. Please contact MYTUFF4X4 to see a list of Rural and Remote areas. Some areas may take longer due to the frequency of deliveries to the delivery Post code. Our system calculates this estimated price considering the total amount of time to process your order including: packaging, transit time to the delivery provider, and transit time to the delivery address.

When placing your order, we consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery prices :

  • Post code of the nominated delivery address.
  • Transit Time: The amount of time it takes your order to leave our distribution centre and arrive at the local delivery carrier.

What additional fees may apply?
There may be circumstances that require additional payment by you if the conditions mentioned have not been met or you require special services outside of our standard delivery.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Delivery Insurance

Goods that are shipped on behalf of the client by Mytuff4x4 are not insured unless the client notifies us prior to delivery and pays for delivery insurance. Mytuff4x4 is not responsible for goods damaged in transit if insurance is not paid for by the customer prior to delivery.

The 40mm adjustable shock is designed to provide the flexibility needed for fine-tuning your ride control, making it suitable for almost every 4WD user.

With 9 different stages of adjustment, you can fine-tune your vehicle's ride characteristics to match your personal preferences and application. Given the versatile nature of modern 4WDs, which often serve multiple roles—whether as a family car, off-road toy, touring vehicle, towing rig, or tradesman's work platform—these shocks can adapt to whatever task you're undertaking.

In addition to being fully adjustable, these shocks are equipped with Foam Cell technology. This technology helps minimize aeration and cavitation, which are common causes of shock fade. As a result, they perform reliably, even in the harshest and most demanding conditions.

Tough Dog adjustable shocks are engineered to withstand the rugged Australian outback. They feature an ABS plastic dust shield and an external dust wiper seal, protecting the shock’s internals from dirt and debris that could damage the oil seals around the chrome rod. The shock is particularly vulnerable to side load when fully extended, but with internal bump stops and a piston rod guide, the shock is supported even at the extremes of its travel.
