What sets the Foam Cell apart is the unique micro-cellular foam insert that significantly reduces shock fade. This foam technology ensures consistent performance even in harsh conditions, such as driving over rough corrugations. Cavitation and aeration can undermine any shock absorber’s effectiveness as the oil and gas in the outer chamber mix and form bubbles, reducing the shock’s resistance and performance. The Foam Cell insert, filled with tiny gas microcells, occupies the space usually filled by air or nitrogen gas, preventing bubble formation and providing unrivaled resistance to shock fade.
