Delivery charges
What is Rural Delivery fee?
An estimated delivery charge will apply to customers ordering from rural areas. Prior to processing you order on checkout, an alert will appear that will advise customers to call MYTUFF4X4 to obtain an accurate cost of delivery. Please contact MYTUFF4X4 to see a list of Rural and Remote areas. Some areas may take longer due to the frequency of deliveries to the delivery Post code. Our system calculates this estimated price considering the total amount of time to process your order including: packaging, transit time to the delivery provider, and transit time to the delivery address.
When placing your order, we consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery prices :
- Post code of the nominated delivery address.
- Transit Time: The amount of time it takes your order to leave our distribution centre and arrive at the local delivery carrier.
What additional fees may apply?
There may be circumstances that require additional payment by you if the conditions mentioned have not been met or you require special services outside of our standard delivery.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Delivery Insurance
Goods that are shipped on behalf of the client by Mytuff4x4 are not insured unless the client notifies us prior to delivery and pays for delivery insurance. Mytuff4x4 is not responsible for goods damaged in transit if insurance is not paid for by the customer prior to delivery.
Tough Dog Suspension/Lift Kit for Isuzu D-Max (2012+)
Tough Dog is Australia's leading suspension system, designed specifically for 4WD applications. Unlike suspension kits found on everyday vehicles like Commodores, Falcons, or Corollas, Tough Dog focuses on rugged, off-road performance. With years of expertise, no other suspension system offers the same design, durability, and performance.
This suspension kit is designed to lift your Isuzu D-Max 4x4 (2012+) by approximately 40mm, and includes the following components:
- Front Tough Dog Struts
- Front Tough Dog Raised Coils (available in Comfort, Medium, or Constant Load options)
- Rear Tough Dog Leaf Springs (optional upgrade to 300kg or 500kg constant load rating)
- Rear Tough Dog Shocks
- Rear Spring U-bolt Kit
- Rear Spring Bush Kit
When checking out, you can select your preferred shock combination. Front struts come in foam cell or ride-adjustable options, while rear shocks are available in nitro gas (for light loads), foam cell, or adjustable.
For faster installation, you can choose to have the front struts pre-assembled with a new strut top, replacing all original plates—eliminating the need for a strut compressor.
Front Springs:
- Comfort (no accessories)
- Medium (suitable for bull bars)
- Constant Load (suitable for bull bars and winches)
Rear Springs:
- 0-300kg
- Constant 300kg
- Constant 500kg
Be sure to consider the weight and design of your tray when selecting rear spring rates.
Finally, Tough Dog’s upper control arms with offset ball joints ensure near-perfect wheel alignment, enhancing overall performance.
