All orders are shipped within 1-2 weeks.

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders may not have tracking numbers due to provider options.

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Delivery charges

What is Rural Delivery fee?
An estimated delivery charge will apply to customers ordering from rural areas. Prior to processing you order on checkout, an alert will appear that will advise customers to call MYTUFF4X4 to obtain an accurate cost of delivery. Please contact MYTUFF4X4 to see a list of Rural and Remote areas. Some areas may take longer due to the frequency of deliveries to the delivery Post code. Our system calculates this estimated price considering the total amount of time to process your order including: packaging, transit time to the delivery provider, and transit time to the delivery address.

When placing your order, we consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery prices :

  • Post code of the nominated delivery address.
  • Transit Time: The amount of time it takes your order to leave our distribution centre and arrive at the local delivery carrier.

What additional fees may apply?
There may be circumstances that require additional payment by you if the conditions mentioned have not been met or you require special services outside of our standard delivery.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Delivery Insurance

Goods that are shipped on behalf of the client by Mytuff4x4 are not insured unless the client notifies us prior to delivery and pays for delivery insurance. Mytuff4x4 is not responsible for goods damaged in transit if insurance is not paid for by the customer prior to delivery.
Tough Dog suspension lift kit for Mercedes Benz X-Class - front struts, front and rear coil springs, rear shocks

A complete Tough Dog suspension upgrade for the Mercedes-Benz X-Class 4x4 (2017 – 2020). It lifts the vehicle about 35mm front and rear, and every part is matched so the ute sits level and works as one system.

Factory suspension is tuned for an empty vehicle on sealed roads. Add a bar, a canopy, drawers, water and a couple of passengers and it runs out of travel, the rear sags and the shocks start fading on corrugations. This kit restores the ride height, gives the shocks room to work and puts the load back on springs rated for it.

What's in the box

  • Front struts (pair) – Foam Cell FC404925, or 9-stage adjustable BM404925 with the adjustable package
  • Front raised coil springs (pair) – Comfort or Constant rate, as selected
  • Rear raised coil springs (pair) – Up to 300kg, Constant 300kg or Constant 500kg, as selected
  • Rear shock absorbers (pair) – Foam Cell FC1369, or 9-stage adjustable BM401369 with an adjustable rear

Choose pre-assembled front struts and they arrive built up with new strut tops, ready to bolt in (Foam Cell MERC-00304, adjustable MERC0102).

Choosing your options

  • Shock package: Foam Cell all round is the fit-and-forget choice – the foam cell resists fade on long rough tracks. Pick 9-stage adjustable if you want to dial the ride softer or firmer to suit your load and the terrain.
  • Front springs: Comfort if there are no accessories on the front. Constant if you run a steel bar and/or winch.
  • Rear springs: Up to 300kg for light loads, Constant 300kg if you always carry a canopy, drawers or tools, and Constant 500kg for heavy touring or a permanently heavy setup.
  • Pre-assembled front struts: saves time on fitting day and comes with new strut tops.
