Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 1-2 weeks.

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders may not have tracking numbers due to provider options.

Delivery charges

What is Rural Delivery fee?
An estimated delivery charge will apply to customers ordering from rural areas. Prior to processing you order on checkout, an alert will appear that will advise customers to call MYTUFF4X4 to obtain an accurate cost of delivery. Please contact MYTUFF4X4 to see a list of Rural and Remote areas. Some areas may take longer due to the frequency of deliveries to the delivery Post code. Our system calculates this estimated price considering the total amount of time to process your order including: packaging, transit time to the delivery provider, and transit time to the delivery address.

When placing your order, we consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery prices :

  • Post code of the nominated delivery address.
  • Transit Time: The amount of time it takes your order to leave our distribution centre and arrive at the local delivery carrier.

What additional fees may apply?
There may be circumstances that require additional payment by you if the conditions mentioned have not been met or you require special services outside of our standard delivery.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Delivery Insurance

Goods that are shipped on behalf of the client by Mytuff4x4 are not insured unless the client notifies us prior to delivery and pays for delivery insurance. Mytuff4x4 is not responsible for goods damaged in transit if insurance is not paid for by the customer prior to delivery.

By eliminating the need to mount remote reservoirs, this kit provides a cleaner installation while still delivering outstanding damping control through its 50mm bore monotube shock design.

The height-adjustable front struts allow you to fine-tune your ride height to achieve your preferred stance or to restore height lost after fitting accessories such as bull bars, winches, or other permanent equipment.

This is a complete Dobinsons Monotube IMS Lift Kit to suit the Toyota LandCruiser Prado 120 Series (excluding Grande models).

Important Spring Selection Guidelines

To ensure the correct setup and optimal suspension performance, springs must be selected based only on your vehicle’s current constant load at both the front and rear.

  • Do not include towing weight in constant load calculations, as towing is not a permanent load.

  • Do not factor in occasional or temporary loads.

Selecting springs with an excessive load rating for your vehicle setup may result in:

  • Reduced off-road articulation

  • Limited suspension travel

  • Harsh ride quality

  • Premature wear or damage to shock absorbers and related suspension components

Choosing the correct spring rate is essential to achieve the best balance of comfort, performance, and durability.
